Finished as a CPO(OPS)(R) after HM ships Grenville, Albion, Antrim, NP1002 (Diego Garcia), Aurora (twice), Euryalus, Dido, Bristol, FOST, FOF1 interspersed with courses etc at Dryad and Osprey.
