		<description>I recall my mother relating to these two events. She recalls as a child, watching with hundreds more, the trains of both, passing very slowly through Herne Hill railway station. She said you could here a pin drop, she said it was so quiet and eerie and it seemed ages after the trains had passed that people continued about their normal ways but in a sad way!</description>
